We are an interior design studio in St. Petersburg, across the bay. Tampa is part of our home ground: kitchens, bathrooms and whole houses, designed down to the last tile and priced in public.
South Tampa, and the rest of the county.
Our focus in Tampa is the older neighbourhoods south of Kennedy Boulevard, where the houses have character worth keeping and rooms that were never planned for how people live now.

The bridge is not part of the process.
We start with twenty minutes by phone or video. Then we measure at your home, draw the room in full and review it with you on screen. Every drawing, finish schedule and specification is the same one a client next door to the studio receives.
From January 2027 the studio in St. Petersburg is open six days a week, including Saturdays, for anyone who wants to hold the samples before deciding.

Full-Service Interior Design starts at $4,600. Design Day is $1,300 and a Design Consultation is $350, and both count toward Full-Service. Every price is on the page before you call.
In a flood zone, the scope is set before the design.
Much of South Tampa sits close to the bay. In a flood zone, what a renovation costs is measured against what the structure is worth, and crossing the line changes what the house has to become. We confirm the rule for your address first, so the drawings never plan more work than the house is allowed.
Do you design homes in Tampa?
Yes. South Tampa, Hyde Park, Davis Islands, Palma Ceia, Bayshore, Westchase, Carrollwood and Tampa Palms are all inside the area we serve. Design has no mileage limit, and the drawings are the same wherever the house is.
Do I have to come to the studio in St. Petersburg?
No. The first conversation is twenty minutes by phone or video. We measure at your home, and the design reviews can happen on screen. The studio opens in January 2027, six days a week including Saturdays, for clients who want to see the materials in person.
Do you also build in Tampa?
Construction works within one hour’s drive of the studio, which covers Tampa and south Hillsborough, including Brandon, Riverview and Apollo Beach. Beyond that we design, and you build with someone local using a package made for exactly that.
Are the prices different in Tampa?
No. A Design Consultation is $350, Design Day is $1,300, and Full-Service Interior Design starts at $4,600, The same published prices apply on both sides of the bay.
My house is in a flood zone. Does that change the design?
It can. In a flood zone, the cost of a renovation is measured against the value of the structure under the federal substantial-improvement rule, and the threshold is applied by the local building department. We confirm them for your address before the scope is drawn, so the design never plans more work than the house is allowed.
