Our team
You are not hiring two people.
The most common failure in a small design firm is that the founders are the whole company. Everything waits on them, and the client finds out in week six.
01Behind the two founders
What sits behind the two founders.
| Role | What they own |
|---|---|
| Creative Director | Concept, material direction, and every decision that gives a project its identity |
| Operations Director | Pricing, agreements, procurement and the path from drawing to built |
| Design & delivery lead | Turning the concept into a set someone can build from |
| Interior designers | Layouts, elevations, selections, specifications |
| Production and CAD | Drafting, schedules, the specification book |
| Procurement | Sourcing, quotes, purchase orders, lead times, receiving and installation |
| Operations | Scheduling, communication, and making sure nothing waits on a question nobody asked |
A designer on the floor, in the studio, six days a week — not a salesperson. The person you meet is working on a project, which is why the room gets drawn while you are standing there.

02Why it matters to you
Specifically.
Because a selection question gets an answer the same day instead of next Tuesday. Because drawings arrive when we said they would. Because nobody on your project is doing three jobs at once.
You stay with Ana Clara and Javier the whole way. The team is what makes that possible.

03The people who build
Trade Partners.
The trades who build our work are selected on the quality of their last job. They are not interchangeable and they are not the cheapest bid. Construction is delivered under a licensed registered contractor.
