The drawings do not need us in the room.
Interior design is measured, drawn and specified. None of those require the studio to be in your city. We work with clients outside Tampa Bay as a matter of course, not as an exception.
It fits in one email.
A measured sketch on the template we send · a video walking the room with the camera against the wall · one horizontal photograph of each full wall · the label on the electrical panel and the water heater · any existing plans · and three references you like, plus one you do not.
Measured sketch and the workbook
The runs have to add up.
The individual runs have to add up to the overall length, and the drawn area has to agree with the plan on record within a few percent. When it does not close, we ask again — and the tolerance is written on the drawing.
A drawing that quietly assumes is worse than no drawing.
The drawings are identical.
The specifications and the schedule are identical. What changes is installation and receiving, which are scoped separately rather than presented as if they were the same everywhere.
