Second homes and seasonal owners

The work happens whether or not you are in Florida.

A renovation you cannot visit is the one most people put off for years. It is also the one that most needs someone standing in the house on your behalf.

01When you are not here

We measure and draw from the property, not from your memory.

Decisions come to you as drawings and a schedule with real products and real prices, in blocks — so you are approving a set, not answering a question every day.

During construction you get a weekly written report with photographs. Nothing over $500 changes without your signature.

02Timing

It works in your favour.

The quietest construction months here are the ones you are least likely to be in the house. A room started in summer is finished before the season.
