1. Who we are

A Couple & A Dream is the trade name of Javana Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company, at 4746 22nd Ave S, Unit 1, St. Petersburg, FL 33711. Questions about this policy: hello@acouplenadream.com.

2. What we collect

What you give us. Your name, email, phone number, the address or ZIP code of the home, what you are planning, your timing, notes, photographs, measurements and plans you send, and the answers you choose in our design planners.

When you book or buy. Your appointment details and a record of your purchase. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; the studio never sees or stores your full card number.

When you call, text or email. The content of the conversation. Calls may be answered by an automated assistant, recorded, and summarized as a note on your record. We also keep a record of your consent to receive text messages: the date, the page and the wording you agreed to.

When you visit the site. The page you came from and campaign codes in the link (for example from an ad), and basic technical information such as browser and device. We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which use cookies to measure visits and the results of our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser.

3. How we use it

To reply to you, schedule and confirm appointments, deliver the services you buy, send project updates, receipts and reminders, follow up on your inquiry, keep our records, measure which pages and ads work, and improve our service. We send promotional messages only if you have agreed to them, and you can stop them at any time.

4. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, the A Couple & A Dream Client Messaging Program may text you about your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, your project, payments and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help, or write to hello@acouplenadream.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Your number is used only by the studio and by the providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the studio and deliver your service:

• Our service providers: customer-relationship and scheduling software, our phone, text and email platforms, our payment processor, website hosting, and design and project-management software. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
• Members of the studio team, some of whom work remotely outside the United States, who need it to do their work on your project.
• Builders, trade partners, suppliers or other professionals working on your project, only when your project needs it and you have asked us to involve them.
• Authorities, where the law requires it, or to protect the studio's rights.

6. How we protect it

Access is limited to the people who need it, on secure, access-controlled platforms, and payments go through an established payment processor. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you as the law requires if your information is ever compromised.

7. How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to serve you, to keep the records the law requires, and to resolve disputes. Project records, including drawings, are kept for the life of the project and the period after it that the law requires.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to the records we must keep by law, and you can withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time. Write to hello@acouplenadream.com; we reply within 30 days.

9. Children

This site and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the new version is posted on this page with its date.
