What a kitchen remodel costs in Pinellas County
Most full kitchen remodels in this county land between $55,000 and $85,000, with custom millwork and a serious appliance package moving well past that.
What moves it
Cabinetry construction and finish. Whether the layout moves plumbing or gas. Slab selection and how many seams the layout forces. The appliance package. Ceiling and lighting work. Whether a wall comes out, and what it was holding up.

Why a kitchen is harder than a bathroom
A kitchen is a millwork project with plumbing, electrical, ventilation and six appliances running through it. Almost everything that goes wrong in one goes wrong because two of those were specified by different people who never saw each other’s drawing.
What we charge
A renovation begins with a pre-construction agreement, and it ends in a firm written price.
