Clearwater · Pinellas County
Interior design for Clearwater homes, drawn in full.
The studio is in St. Petersburg, and Clearwater is inside the area we work in. We design kitchens, baths, furnishings and whole interiors, completely, before anything is bought.

A drawing for every decision.
Space planning, concept and materials, lighting, plans and interior elevations, and a finish schedule that fixes every selection to the exact product. Then furniture, art and accessories, specified and coordinated. One room or the whole house, the work is the same: decided on paper, so nothing is decided on site.

Primary bath · Render, then completed
The city decides, and the line is 50%.
The City of Clearwater issues its own permits. In a flood zone it measures the work against 50% of the structure’s market value, using the building’s tax-assessed value or your own licensed appraisal, and a house that crosses the line must be built two feet above the base flood elevation. The city’s own advice is to carry a ten percent contingency.
Standard residential review runs about ten to fifteen business days, and longer in a flood zone or when several trades are involved. A kitchen or bath that moves plumbing is exactly that kind of project, so we plan the schedule around it.
The beach has its own plan.
Clearwater Beach and Island Estates follow the city’s rules plus the beach’s own special area plan, Beach by Design, which sets height and setback rules by district. On Gulf-front lots, interior work inside the existing foundation stays out of the state’s coastal permit.
