After Helene, the city recorded significant flood damage to the ground floors of many homes and businesses.

Most homes in South Pasadena are condominiums. Inside a unit, the design works with the association’s rules for plumbing, flooring and working hours, and with stacks and walls that cannot move. We draw what the building allows, and we design for living on one level: wider clearances, curbless showers and light that is easy on the eyes.
